Sobre Mi

Dahlias & Roses Casa de Flores (Spanish for House of Flowers) is a small home business owned and operated by me, a Latina with deep Mexican roots. I am a mother and a wife with a passion for creativity. I named both my girls after flowers; they are the inspiration in which I created my business name from.

 For years, my husband had been gifting me flowers, and I started to catch myself creating beautiful arrangements with them. That's when I discovered a passion for flowers & design I didn't know I had. It has brought me so much happiness & enjoyment that was always missing from my 9-5 job. Friends and family were supportive of my creativity by asking me to create floral arrangements for weddings, events, birthdays etc. 

Fast forward to today, I decided to go for it and turned a hobby into a business.

Dahlias & Roses es un pequeño negocio desde mi hogar y operado por mí, una latina con profundas raíces mexicanas. Soy madre y esposa apasionada por la creatividad. A mis dos hijas les puse nombre de flores; son la inspiración con la que creé el nombre de mi empresa.

  Durante años, mi esposo me ha estado regalando flores y comencé a sorprenderme creando hermosos arreglos con ellas. Fue entonces cuando descubrí una pasión por las flores y el diseño que no sabía que tenía. Me ha traído mucha alegría, una alegría que faltaba en cualquier trabajo. Amigos y familiares apoyaron mi creatividad pidiéndome que creara arreglos florales para bodas, eventos, cumpleaños, etc.

 Ahora, finalmente estoy aquí, y convertí un pasatiempo en un negocio.
